London Wool – 100g Skeins

A blend of wool created from the fleece of 16 different rare sheep breeds, including – Soya, White faced woodlands, Norfolk Horn, Leicester Long-wool and Portlands. A total of 598 fleeces were collected from the following city farms – Spitalfields, Mudchute, Surrey Docks, Vauxhall, Stepney, Wellgate, Lambourne, Woodlands Farm Trust, and Battersea Zoo. London Wool is a CIC, (community Interest Company) with any profits made go back to the London city farms, to help produce better quality fleece and continue this much needed community project.
