London Wool – 700 gm cones

Cones of London Wool, approximately 700 gm on each cone. The weight is a 2/8’s NM, it was a light DK weight (sports weight) 333m/364yds per 100 gm. It is available in Ercu and Nat Brown.

This is a very special wool, created from fleece collected from 10 London City Farms. The farms receive wool in exchange for their fleece to sell and raise money for their charities and I sell the wool and products to pay for the running of the project. This is an new and local community project and offers a more sustainable way of producing yarn.
